Holtec Palisades is currently seeking a Performance Improvement Manager to join the Palisades Nuclear Plant team in Covert, MI.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for execution of the corrective action program and performance improvement activities at Palisades. This includes self-assessments, benchmarking, and trending.
RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure performance improvement activities are conducted using industry best practices and maintain regulatory compliance. Provide organizational guidance, direction, and leadership for performance improvement. Ensure site and department performance is monitored and measured for continuous improvement.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum education required of the position:
BS Degree in Engineering or other scientific discipline generally associated with power plant operations or equivalent experience. (Equivalent Experience is defined as demonstrated success at the Manager level. A degree is very strongly preferred.)
Minimum experience required of the position:8 years of experience in nuclear power plant operations. 5 years of direct experience with performance improvement activities.
