Job Summary:
Samsung Electronics America is seeking a qualified Manager of Paid Marketing that will be responsible for strategies, initiatives and tactics designed to accelerate Samsung’s Display Group performance marketing. This role will be responsible for paid media across Samsung.com, Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart. This role will focus on B2C and B2B campaigns. In this role, you oversee strategy and execution to maximize results across all paid marketing channels to successfully drive campaign objectives. This is a marketing strategy and execution role leading marketing campaigns (both HQ-led and SEA-led campaigns), partnering across internal teams and with partners on a global platform at Samsung HQ.

Drive paid media strategy across retail.Report weekly to leadership on retailer paid media campaign progress.Forecast traffic and spend needed for traffic achievement in order to hit sales goals.Execute an efficient marketing budget by weekly optimizing, tracking goals at product level and reporting.Enhances or Improves methods or procedures and provides coaching to team members to ensure successful outcome.Facilitate close communication with the agencies by delivering clear briefings, thus deriving ideas that align with the communication strategy and the output wanted. 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent presentation skills; ability to communicate your ideas and convince an audience using data and visual storytellingExperience in developing marketing and sales presentations, using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong history of managing tactical and strategic direct-response media objectives in a digital-first organization; previous experience on agency side or managing various media agencies is a must-haveHigh understanding of various audiences and data sources to connect paid media to full integrated marketing plan for launches and total portfolioExcellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (Google Analytics, Tableau), excel pivot tables and basic functions for maintaining and creating reportsComfortable navigating a complex organization and building cross-functional relationshipsExcellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administrated, or related field; MBA preferred.Minimum of 6 years directly managing digital performance channels, focused on Programmatic Display, Paid Social, Paid Search, and Retail media (especially Amazon DSP and SPA).  Working knowledge of Affiliate and PLA helpful.Experience with A/B testing, messaging, and post-campaign analysis is a plus.Amazon Ads certification a plus
