The Manager we seek provides overall leadership and managerial responsibility for this residential program under the supervision of our Program Manager, including managing in-home daily operations and assuring program implementation for individuals in the home. Duties and Responsibilities
Accountable for meeting annual financial, service, quality, people and growth targets for assigned programsIn coordination with contract requirements and Division Policies and procedures; maintain current knowledge of, develop, implement and evaluate written operational guidelines for the daily administration and management of Center's physical site, programs, activities and servicesParticipate in the development of new programs/services consistent with the goals of the division and the missionProvide and assure staff supervision including orientation/training, delegation of responsibility, authority and accountability, and performance evaluationInvestigate complaints, violations and disturbances; resolve complaints in accordance with established procedures and under the direction of the Regional DirectorAct as liaison between recipients, families and responsible partiesDevelop, implement and monitor annual operating budget within organization fiscal guidelines; assure adherence to Corporate Financial Policies and proceduresAssume primary responsibility for contractual/governmental relationshipsWork with appropriate professional associations/groups, governmental/social service agencies, and community councils, to meet service objectives, and to interpret the work of the division and represent the organizationTransport individuals and drive agency vehicle as needed; assure basic cleanliness and care of vehicle _________________________________________________________________________________Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
High school diploma or equivalent with two years' relevant experience requiredAssociate's degree preferredExperience
Supervisory experience preferredAdditional Work Requirements
