The Pharmacy Workflow Innovation team is a dynamic team within Retail Store Operations aimed to support the business and our retail colleagues while upholding and reinforcing regulatory and compliance standards. This position involves identifying and designing opportunities to address business challenges. This colleague designs solutions for business problems and works as part of a larger team that is making larger workflow change while keeping our colleagues at the heart of everything we do. By providing data driven insights to inform key initiatives and evolve the colleague experience by designing innovative new programs. This position will routinely interact with many of the following groups: DDAT, Pharmacy Operations, Growth, Regulatory, Legal, Quality & Safety, Field Leadership and Enterprise partners.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Tactical Project Execution

Collaborate on the creation of strategic roadmapsExecute on tactical steps within project plans with minimal supportPartner across departments in the enterprise to support the execution of project plansPartner with DDAT to develop requirements, test & certify the solution, launch it to chainPartner with Sr. Manager to communicate plans, risks, and opportunities from working team up to executive leadership

Field Support and Communication Strategy

Support the implementation team in writing field communicationsManage help desk & field questions related to projectSupport the creation of field & corporate facing materials such as:Colleague trainingSr Leader Field meetings

Ad-Hoc Analytics

Support reporting and analysis for deep dive/follow up questions related to progression towards shared goalsTranslate data insights into meaningful insights and actions

Required Qualifications

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
