About the Job:

The Manager, Photo Production will oversee all company photo shoots. The manager will drive timelines for large campaigns and attend to execute. The manager will also oversee the Photo Production Specialist.

A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

Work with cross-functional partners to calendar weekly shoots. Drive photo production timelines In partnership with Manager research, evaluate, negotiate and book models, wardrobe stylist assistants, hair and make-up artists, etc. Create and maintain relationship with talent agencies: model, hair and make-up, photographer etc. Book ecommerce shoot locations and book in-store campaigns/influencer trips Daily upkeep of ecommerce and marketing photo production cost Process payment for all production vendors Includes but not limited to: vendor setup, purchase order creation and payment follow-up Partner with legal team to ensure appropriate contracts are executed Attend photo shoots as needed Some after hours and weekend availability some Some travel will be required Manage photo production team and process photo shoot permits as necessary

 

What it takes to Join:

5 years photo production experience Self-motivator and entrepreneurial approach Specialist should have a rolodex of talent Pro-active in seeking answers to keep production timelines Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Understanding of Bridge, Photoshop and InDesign Work on Mac Excellent written and oral communication Have a “one-team” mentality (be ok with being in the middle) Detail oriented and great multi-tasker Strong sense of time management and ability to prioritize Outstanding organization skills Creative problem-solving skills

Salary Range: $87,563 - $100,601

The associate is frequently required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting. Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions. Required to travel in elevator or stairwells to attend meetings and engage with associates on multiple floors throughout building. Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. As a National Retailer, occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required during periods of high volume. This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
