What you'll be doing: + In this role, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of FC layout development and execution. + Responsible for chip floorplan and pins placement. + Running, debugging and approve Physical verification flows across multiple projects. + Perform physical layout planning and optimization. + Identify key technical risks and work with engineering and management teams to develop mitigation strategies What we need to see: + B.SC./ M.SC. in Electrical Engineering. + 2+ years of managerial experience. + At least 6+ overall years of hands-on layout design experience. + Strong background of Physical Design Verification methodology LVS/DRC. + Excellent leadership capabilities to grow a team and drive execution of a chip project. Ways to stand out from the crowd: + Knowledge in physical design flows and methodologies (PNR, STA, Physical verification). + Familiarity with physical design EDA tools (such as Synopsys, Cadence, etc..). + Great teammate.
