A Brief Overview:
The Physician Assistants Manager position is responsible for directing the business and clinical operations of the NorthShore Physician Assistants. Primary areas of focus include Budget Management, Performance Reviews, Staffing Management and Leadership representation at hospital specific meetings. The Corporate PA manager will enforce the policies and procedures of Endeavor Health.

License: Current Physician Assistant License in the State of Illinois required. DEA & Illinois Controlled Substance License required. Certification: CPR certification requiredEducation: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.5+ Years of clinical practice as a Physician Assistant2 Years of prior Supervisory experience preferredExcellent project management skills, including the ability to work independently, and demonstrate initiative in identifying solutions to problems.Ability to work effectively and productively as a member of a team of diverse individuals, including physicians, administrators, superiors and subordinates. Must consistently demonstrate professionalism, flexibility and ownership of assigned responsibilities.Strong communication skills both written and verbal.Ability to develop and manage practice budgets, and ability to develop financial proformas to evaluate practice business decisions.Benefits:
