**Job Description :**
Your Job:
1. **Compensation Program Design & Management:**
• Develop and manage physician compensation models, including productivity-based, value-based, and hybrid models.
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Regularly review and update compensation structures to maintain competitiveness in the market.
2. **Data Analysis & Reporting:**
• Analyze physician productivity, financial performance, and compensation data.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Monitor compliance with physician compensation-related policies and guidelines.
3. **Regulatory Compliance:**
• Ensure compensation plans comply with federal, state, and local laws, including Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory changes.
4. **Market Benchmarking:**
• Conduct market surveys and benchmarking analyses to ensure competitive compensation practices.
• Make recommendations for adjustments based on market trends and organizational priorities.
5. **Budgeting & Financial Oversight:**
• Assist in creating budgets related to physician compensation.
• Monitor and report on the financial impact of compensation plans.
Your Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• Interpersonal and analytical skills a must
• Requires the ability to work with MMG Finance staff and the operation leadership.
• Knowledge of EPIC Systems and Microsoft Office
• Five (5) or more years - Minimum of three (3) years appropriate healthcare experience required; including a demonstration of progressive leadership responsibility
