**Position Overview:**

Oversees day-to-day operations of physician recruitment. Provides oversight of assigned staff to ensure effective management of projects and achievement of intended results. Establishes protocols and practices, ensuring compliance with department, affiliate, operating unit, and/or system standards, policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations. Takes a strategic and tactical approach in identifying best practices and standardizing workflows/processes and developing plans of action to implement changes.
**Job Description** :
**EDUCATION:**
+ _Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._
+ **Bachelor's:** Business Administration, Healthcare or related field.
**TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:**
+ 8 years recent relevant experience.
**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:**
+ **Knowledge of physician compensation and benefits, contract negotiation, physician practice development, marketing and planning.**
+ **Ability to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to all physician recruitment activities and employment law including visas.**
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Power Point
+ Demonstrated leadership skills, including team building, and coaching/mentoring with the ability to motivate and engage others.
+ Thorough understanding of operations and workflows and how department’s process/workflow impacts other department operations.
+ Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects while delivering quality service and achieving business results.
+ Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues.
+ Understanding of medical group business operations and strategic planning.
+ Written and verbal communication skills.
+ **Exhibits a high degree of professionalism and competency in dealing with a variety of individuals including physicians, senior executives, etc.**
+ **Exceptional client relationship management and interpersonal skills who can build relationships and can work well with a diverse client and employee base.**

Pay Range is $64.85 to $97.28 / hour
_The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
