We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager, Platform Partnerships! The Manager, Platform Partnerships, will own the partner relationships with Fox/Tubi platform distributors and be tasked with improving deal outcomes and interfacing across product, marketing, and finance to grow Fox’s platform business.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the execution of distribution partnerships and promotional deals across CTV platforms by coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement commercial terms, product integrations, and marketing campaigns for Fox’s suite of apps, including Tubi and Fox OneAid in launching FOX's new direct-to-consumer service, Fox One, across key CTV platforms through creative deal-making, external partner engagement, and guided by industry knowledge and insights around subscription servicesNegotiate distribution and placement agreements by providing informed recommendations and collaborating with senior deal leads to help achieve Fox’s strategic goalsBuild and maintain strong working relationships with platform partners, and assist senior executives in managing escalations and removing roadblocks during negotiationsIdentify and evaluate potential new business model opportunities globally, including building business cases as required to assess commercial value, and considering important product and partner priorities and platform-level concernsStay current on the evolving CTV platform landscape and trends in global digital media and entertainment to help inform internal strategy discussionsPrepare clear, concise strategic updates and presentations, including supporting data and insights, for internal stakeholders and senior leadershipWHAT YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience3-5 years of experience in partner development, product, agreement advisory, and execution in the direct-to-consumer streaming industry.Familiarity with complex product-enabling agreementsAbility to identify potential business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with strategic partnersDemonstrated skill in developing and maintaining effective executive business relationshipsAbility to think creatively, critically, and strategically, and thrive in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous work environmentNICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $83,000.00-115,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
