Application Development & Maintenance performs configuration or coding to develop, enhance and sustain the organization's software systems in a cross-functional team environment through adherence to established design control processes and good engineering practices. This job family programs and configures end user applications, systems, databases and websites to achieve the organization's internal needs and externally-facing business needs. Application Development & Maintenance partners with business leaders, investigates user needs and conducts regular assessments, maintenance and enhancements of existing applications.

Responsibilities

Manage the GMPD Oracle Agile PLM build and run teamLead a team responsible for mission critical application that supports Quality, Manufacturing, R&D and Marketing.Skilled in leading teams while effectively nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, vendors, and other key organizational stakeholders.  Effectively define, execute, and manage the application roadmap processes

Qualifications

8-12 years of experience, preferredBachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent work experience preferredExperience managing big projects within a corporate environmentStrong communication and leadership skillsQuick learning ability and strategic thinking

Anticipated salary range: $119,800 - $179,655
