Job Description:

Responsibilities

Engage in improvement program on process streamline and service enhancement on policy administration

Participate in requirement collection and clarification, check progress regularly and report potential risk and delay with recovery plans

Prepare documentation and arrange training on new services and process flow to related stakeholders

Meet milestone and deliver desired outcomes based on project schedule

Take responsive action to keep project status on track and escalate on red flags

Uplift the competency of team to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness

Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned from supervisor from time to time

Requirements

University graduate

At least 5 years of working experience in life policy administration, with solid records on enhancement implemented

Professional qualification such as LOMA and PMP is an advantage

Adequate knowledge on product and operation process

Good analytical and excellent communication skills, both in written and spoken languages, Mandarin is a must

Good team player

Hand-on PC skill in using MS office and Chinese Word Processing
