Position Purpose
This important new role will work in close partnership with the Associate Director, Portfolio Strategy and the wider S&O Team, to ensure the smooth implementation of key activities across our early, late and non-promoted portfolio. The role is ideally suited for applicants with a desire to grow their understanding of how to increase the value of our total portfolio, and a proactive, driven approach to implement opportunities to get more BMS medicines to patients, faster.
Key Responsibilities
New Products Planning
Drive the operational execution of New Products Planning (NPP), working closely with the AD, Portfolio Strategy, including:
Organisation and coordination of NPP cross-functional team to achieve goals & objectives,
Implementation of NPP outputs including key critical success factors for each asset, partnering cross-functionally.
Go-to-market/Launch Excellence
Maintain and update the set of project management tools, resources and capabilities that support GTM and Launch Excellence.
Non-promoted portfolio
Implement opportunities that drive revenue from our non-promoted portfolio, working closely with the AD, Portfolio Strategy and the wider cross-functional team.
Capture market insight on non-promoted portfolio to inform accurate demand forecasting.
Late-stage portfolio
Implement late-stage asset portfolio optimization strategies, such as asset and SKU rationalization, working closely with the AD, Portfolio Strategy and the wider cross functional team.
S&O Team
Be an active member of the S&O Team, working closely with other members of the Portfolio Strategy Team and partnering with the Customer Engagement and Effectiveness Team as required.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Commercial or market access experience desirable
Proactive and driven, seeks opportunities to improve and optimize processes
Good knowledge of broader healthcare landscape and pharmaceutical business operations
Excellent communicator, proficiency in all Office business applications.
