The Strategy and Transformation unit is responsible for driving KONE’s long-term success by identifying the right strategic priorities, ensuring a common direction and bringing the strategy to life together with KONE’s areas and other functions. Strategy & Transformation develops our strategy and operating model (KONE Way) and is responsible for driving large strategic transformations.

We are now looking for a

Manager, Pricing

to join the global Pricing Center of Excellence team.

In this position Pricing Manager supports the global Pricing Center of Excellence team by providing analytical and operational support for pricing initiatives as well as developing and implementing pricing strategies.

This role works in close collaboration with the Area and business line pricing leaders as well as with various stakeholders both within Strategy & Transformation and other functions across KONE.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Pricing. As the scope of the role is global, we are flexible in terms of location, but preferably this position is based in Espoo, Finland or in other major KONE offices in Europe.

Responsibilities and key activities:

Provide analytical and operational support for pricing initiatives.

Support stakeholders such as business lines in Global and Areas.

Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to analyze pricing data, generate actionable insights to support decision-making.

Assist in the implementation of pricing tools, processes, and governance.

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in pricing processes and practices.

Support in developing and implementing comprehensive pricing strategies that align with the business lines’ overall transformation goal.

Requirements for the position:

University degree (M.Sc.) in Business, Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience either from management consulting or pricing.

Demonstrated knowledge of pricing tools and processes.

Proven track of understanding business acumen and principle, business and financial skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in data analysis and providing insights for decision-making.

Professional qualifications in effective communicating, ability to describe complex systems & strategies in an easy-to-understand manner.

Full English professional proficiency, with excellent written and verbal skills.
