1. People development

Coach and motivate team members to drive process improvements across the Electronics Materials value chain. Allocate and plan resources for prioritized projects, including setting targets, conducting performance evaluations, and providing training. Monitor team performance, project schedules, and step in to resolve escalations and bottlenecks when necessary. Support task structuring based on project requirements.

2. Strategic business engagement

Participate in the development and implementation of G-EDM's business strategy, process improvements, and digitalization initiatives.Enhance business competitiveness by introducing new concepts and establishing expert networks.Advocate for process improvements and digitalization to relevant stakeholders.

3. Process Improvement & Digitalization – NGBA steering & associated improvements

As the global point of contact for G-EDM Business Excellence, lead & participate in the development, optimization and automation of processes across the value chain.Collaborate with internal process experts and teams to implement NGBA, perform UAT (User Acceptance Tests), and provide training. Guide the team to define the NGBA end-state solution and finalize process models for harmonization and standardization. Conduct regular analysis of existing processes, IT environment, and best practices. Lead the Procure-to-Pay, Sustainability and Performance Management topics under NGBA in close coordination with the process experts.

4. Change Management – Technical & Organizational

Identify site-specific features and enable NGBA workshops.Lead role-based training for G-EDM users. Develop user documentation, process descriptions, guidelines, and procedural instructions.

5. Stakeholder Management & Global Co-ordination

Provide periodic updates to G-EDM management or key stakeholders on progress of NGBA implementation, team achievements and improvements.Steer building of internal G-EDM expert communities with each Business Expert (BEX) team member.
