Raytheon Technologies is seeking a strong candidate to join the Advanced Products & Solutions acquisition team as a Procurement professional.  This position will manage medium and high complexity supplier commodity procurements.  The procurement professional will be the focal point for interface and communications between Raytheon Programs and suppliers. This role can be filled in a variety of Raytheon hub locations.

What You Will Do:

Leading Supplier interaction and collaboration with the Raytheon Program Teams to manage a variety of procurements including but not limited to build-to-print, performance specifications, Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs), for medium/high complexity cables & interconnector commodities. Selecting qualified suppliers and seeking alternate suppliers (when applicable)

Developing and managing RFI and RFQs

Preparing POs and PO documentation in accordance with company directives and Raytheon work instructions. Post-award management of POs in accordance with company directives and Raytheon work instructions

Managing Suppliers to meet Program requirements with the desired quality and delivery.

Preparing and executing various types of agreements, such as: PIAs, Long Term Agreements, Bailment, etc.

Minimal travel

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance with Public Laws, Policies, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR and import/export requirements.

Experience with supplier management

U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience in leading formal negotiations (price, schedule, and supplier exceptions to contractual flow down requirements, as well as standard Terms and Conditions)

Knowledge / Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite of Products

Experience with reading and understanding drawings, specifications and other engineering documents including complex SOWs

Experience with international procurement

Experience with Cost and Price Analysis (CAPA), price analysis methods, source selection/justification

Knowledge of EXIM procurements and all the rules and regulations involved in those situations.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
