The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Procurement & Strategic Sourcing to oversee the day-to-day operations of our procurement function and implement strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance and ensure the highest quality and return on investment. You will work cross-functionally with various departments to support key vendor relationships and align procurement processes with Addepar's evolving needs.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $106,000 - $165,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do Drive increased value and efficiency to the company by optimizing the procurement technology stack and improving the procurement process through digitization and automation. Act as a trusted advisor to internal business partners to assist in forecasting, demand management, budgeting, requirements development and identification of opportunities. Deliver quarterly reports to internal business stakeholders on procurement and sourcing highlights, achievements, and opportunities. Perform financial modeling and execution of negotiation strategies for key vendor partnerships and complex multi-year deals. Negotiate pricing, service level expectations, performance measures and contractual terms and conditions in coordination with business stakeholders, legal, finance, IT and third party risk. Oversee daily procurement activities to ensure efficient and effective processes. Manage and mentor a team of two procurement analysts. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, financial services and/or technology, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Proven experience working with department leaders and legal teams on contract negotiations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in Excel and database management tools. Experience with Coupa or similar purchasing system Experience in working in SaaS or technology based subsidiary companies and AWS Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and lead transformational initiatives. Consultative approach with strong influencing capabilities.
