We are looking for a talented legal professional to join our Product & Corporate Legal team in Tokyo, Japan as a Manager. You will be instrumental in helping our team deliver fast and practical solutions for a wide range of legal issues. The role will be primarily focused on commercial transactional work and supporting advisory, regulatory and contentious matters in Japan. The successful candidate should be comfortable counseling business partners and making decisions that have both legal and business impacts.

At least five years of legal experience as either a practicing attorney or a member of the legal team in a multinational companyPrior experience in a few of the following areas: advising and supporting commercial transactions, deal structuring, contract administration, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
