Reporting to the SVP of AI/ML and PaaS, the Manager, Product Design will manage a team of Designers to create intuitive, compelling, and elegant user experiences across our AI/ML services and Developer Platforms. You are a practitioner, mentor, and a guide for a team of individuals just as passionate about creating an environment where they can have a real impact both within the company and in the developer community.

What You'll Be Doing: Set up and lead a compelling vision around user experience for our key AI/ML and PaaS products, maintaining consistently high standards for the overall developer experience. Drive execution of the user experience design for our products, defining and implementing best practices around product design/UX methodology. Work collaboratively with design, marketing, and product management teams to elevate our user experience to achieve consistency across touchpoints and support the execution of our core products. Contribute to the definition of scope, objectives and key results for the AI/ML and PaaS business units. Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and maintain our design artifacts and UI. Hire and develop a strong team of UX designers. What We'll Expect From You: Significant experience designing for complex, technical Cloud services. Hands-on experience designing SaaS and AI/ML products will be preferable. Strong ability to handle ambiguity and drive clarity around user-experience. A relentless focus on standards, consistency, and high-quality user experience design Experience driving best-practices around content discovery, customer onboarding, and driving engagement. A track record of managing a high-performing design team, developing talent, and delivering results in a dynamic environment. Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on a highly technical product and advocate for a developer-centric customer base. The salary range for this position is between $141,100 - $211,600 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance.
