Overview
Mastercard Developers is the single entry point for Mastercard partners to access a diverse range of payment, data, loyalty, and security APIs. Our team is responsible for delivering an experience that ensures developers can quickly find the right API, assess its technical capabilities, and integrate it into new and innovative solutions. The Mastercard Developers team is looking for a product developer to join our team to enhance and scale our developer platform.

Role
We are looking for an analytical and technical product owner to collaborate closely with the engineering team to deliver features in an agile environment.
Major Responsibilities:
•\tOwn the end -to-end product development and delivery lifecycle through collaboration with an international cross functional team including engineering, QA, UX and infrastructure teams.
•\tTake customer requirements and develop impactful, scalable platform features that deliver value and help progress our API strategy.
•\tTranslate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable product specifications and user stories .
•\tIncorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholders in Corporate Security, Legal, Data Privacy, etc. to ensure features are delivered with highest standards.
•\tSupport defining and tracking key performance indicators for the API program.
•\tManage and prioritize a feature backlog with deep understanding of customers, Mastercard and market dynamics .
•\tLead agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
•\tCommunicate product decisions to stakeholders at all levels .
All About You
•\tExperienced product owner proficient in writing features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria .
•\tHave a technical foundation through either a Computer Science/Engineering degree or professional programming background .
•\tExperience prioritizing and maintaining a product backlog.
•\tAdvanced skills in analysis and requirements gathering.
•\tHave strong communication skills and demonstrated consistent success working closely with an agile team and partners across other functions.
•\tSelf-starter and problem solver who can function independently and take on challenging opportunities.
•\tHuge plus if you have expertise in working with API based products.
