Secaucus, New JerseyJob Summary:The Calendar Manager will be responsible for understanding and driving the processes that impact the product lifecycle calendar. This position will work closely with Merchandising, Design, Sourcing, and Planning to facilitate the on-time execution of the calendar deliverables and build seasonal sub calendars. This role also is responsible for understanding the process flow for the tools & systems that impact the product lifecycle calendar.
Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

Track adherence to the calendar milestone dates.  Drive and report on issue resolutions to achieve milestones as they occur to help facilitate seamless operationsCreate weekly calendar meeting scorecardsFacilitate weekly calendar meetingOversee scheduling for all meeting invites from the cross functional calendar.  Manage calendar shifts to flex with business needsParticipate in the creation of the Seasonal Product Lifecycle Milestone Calendar.  Thorough understanding of the factors impacting the calendar timelinesBuild sub season calendars and WIP timelinesLearn and understand systems and system integrations that impact the product lifecycle calendarManage timelines with business process teams to ensure tools are ready to achieve calendar milestonesManage timing for system updates and provide guidance to IT teams

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree5 + years of experience in retail/merchandising/sourcing/project managementVertical retail experience preferred
