This team spearheads strategy, business insights, value propositions, and product operations for all Consumer Debit and Prepaid products in the LAC region. This position will work cross-functionally to foster alignment and collaboration, driving strategic product pricing, acceptance growth strategies, and effective client and consumer communications.

Role & Responsibilities:

•\tDevelop strategic frameworks, business plans and go-to-market plans for the debit business with the objective to drive growth, penetration and profitability.
•\tValue Proposition Development: Help support the build and communication of compelling debit and prepaid value propositions. Prepare and deliver presentations that highlight the benefits and efficiencies of our product portfolio.
•\tMarket Insight & Regulatory Awareness: Stay informed about the evolving debit and prepaid landscape across LAC, including regulatory changes, technological advancements, and competitive dynamics. Apply this knowledge to inform product strategies and drive business outcomes.
•\tCommunication Development: Create and develop effective communications that convey our debit strategy and its benefits to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
•\tStakeholder Experience Analysis: Understand and analyze the end-to-end experience of all stakeholders—including cardholders, merchants, acquirers, and issuers/issuer processors—to influence our product roadmap and maintain a competitive edge.
•\tPerformance Monitoring: Develop and maintain a comprehensive scorecard to monitor key performance indicators related to debit performance in key and high growth markets. Proactively identify performance challenges and implement corrective actions to drive usage and revenue.
•\tWork collaborative with Global, Divisional, and Market

•\tAnalytical Skills: You have a proven ability to leverage data analytics tools to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed recommendations that align with business goals. Proficient in running reports, collecting data, and performing analysis to derive actionable insights.
•\tAdvanced Microsoft Skills: You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations that effectively communicate findings and strategies
•\tStrong communicator with project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously
•\tExceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
•\tDemonstrated ability to work with and drive multiple business partners, analytics team and engineering teams towards the delivery of key deliverables
