Why We Have This Role 

\n

We are seeking an experienced Product Management leader to support our exciting Data and Insights product portfolio. This role requires a unique blend of enterprise SaaS product management expertise, leadership skills, and innovative thinking. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data/analytics products, a strong point of view on key opportunities for Qualtrics in the data space, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of our Data and Insight specific products and solutions that supercharge offerings across the full portfolio of experience management personas.

Things You’ll Do 

\n\nLead a team of junior and senior product managers to develop an innovative strategy and roadmap in an ambiguous space\nCollaborate with product team members and partners to define a product strategy and develop and deliver a product roadmap that aligns with that strategy\nSpeak with customers globally to understand their needs and gather feedback\nPerform market landscape and competitor analysis\nCollaborate with engineering to build and launch high-quality products that reflect end-to-end thinking\nCommunicate product value and partner with go-to-market stakeholders\nDevelop product requirements and identify key success metrics\nCollaborate with product team members and partners to define a product roadmap that aligns with the product strategy\nAnalyze usage data and customer feedback to increase product adoption Speak with customers globally to understand their needs and gather feedbackPerform market landscape and competitor analysisPartner with our user experience designers to achieve solutionsCollaborate with engineering to build high-quality products that reflect end-to-end thinkingWork with your engineering team and dependent teams to successfully launch high usage productsCommunicate product value and partner with go-to-market stakeholders\n\n

What We’re Looking for on Your Resume 

\n\n10+ years of product management experience \nDeep vertical expertise in data and analytics, with a strong point of view on opportunities for experience management in the industry\nBachelor's degree and or equivalent preferred\nStrategic vision and creative problem solving, using data and qualitative insights to create a strategic framework and measure success\nExceptional oral and written communication skills\nDemonstrated ability to work cross-functionally through influence, driving results without direct authority and developing and maintaining effective working relationships across both technical and commercial roles including Engineering, User Experience Design, Sales, Marketing, PR, Customer Success, and Operations\nAbility to make meaningful headway in highly ambiguous environments and inspire collaborators to see opportunity through both high times and challenges\nProven track record of taking initiative and a \"can-do\" attitude, willing to go above and beyond typical job responsibilities.\n\n

\n\nStrategy and Research focuses on building products for Research Practitioners, Marketers and Designers to uncover market trends, track changing behaviors, and identify unmet needs with a single platform. In this role, you will contribute to the development of a market-leading purpose-built qualitative and quantitative research products that provide true differentiation with a focus in advanced research solutions like conjoint/maxdiff and qualitative research tools like UX Testing, Video Feedback and In Depth Interviews.\n\n

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
