The **Manager, Production** is responsible for meeting quality, on-time delivery, and margin targets to support the facility's revenue and gross margin goals. They collaborate with all departments to ensure the Finishing department meets quality and delivery objectives efficiently. The Manager identifies opportunities for continuous improvement (CPI) and addresses root cause issues, working closely with the PME group to implement solutions. **What you will be doing:** + Manage the daily operations of the assigned department, including overseeing employee activities such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and recruitment + Interview, hire, develop, and retain qualified staff.
