Job DescriptionPrader-Willi Homes has been supporting individuals diagnosed with Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS), providing residential services and support for almost 40 years. PWS is a complex genetic disorder affecting appetite, growth, metabolism, cognitive function and behavior. Our mission is to provide each resident with the opportunity to explore his/her highest potential of independence within a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
As a Program Manager, you will:
Identify and implement tasks and activities designed to assist each resident to meet individual goals as identified in the Individual Service Plan (ISP).Develop and actively implement the daily/monthly activity schedule and the community outing schedule.Prepare, distribute and manage schedules for staffing, transportation, activities and outings.Respond to employee call-ins, secures appropriate coverage.Provides direction to and is a role model for Assistant Program Manager and Direct Care Staff. Complete performance evaluations for all supervised staff.Demonstrate fiscal responsibility regarding Company and resident funds.Perform functions of Direct Care staff role routinely to ensure needs of residents are met.Communicate essential information to their Management Team, Direct Care Staff, Residents and external contacts as assigned while maintaining confidentiality.Maintain awareness of all residents and is responsible for ensuring their health, safety and welfare.Protect resident rightsComplete all essential paperwork on residentsMaintain quality assurance standardsEnsure that cleaning tasks and duties for the site are completed.Comply with and positively reinforces with others, the Companies’ guidelines, policies, and procedures.Benefits:
