Genesee Lake School, a MyPath company, is a nationally recognized provider of therapeutic residential services, education, and vocational support. We specialize in helping adolescents, teens, and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, and complex trauma achieve their goals for independence and success.

Position Overview: Program Manager
Pay: $24–$25/hour

Work Schedule:

Rotating weekends, on-call responsibilities, and flexible availability to meet program needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Daily Operations: Coordinate daily routines, treatment programs, and activities for assigned sites, ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of students.Supervise and Mentor Staff: Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to direct reports. Conduct regular team meetings and bi-weekly individual meetings with staff.Support Student Development: Engage students in daily living activities, recreational programs, self-care skills, and social interaction, tailoring support based on Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) and Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Plan Activities: Collaborate with teams to plan and execute on- and off-site activities for students, ensuring meaningful engagement.Administrative Duties: Create and maintain staff schedules, process payroll, and manage program budgets and purchasing.Crisis Management: Safely implement agency-approved intervention techniques when necessary while fostering a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in social or behavioral sciences preferred.Experience: At least 1 year in residential services or 3 years working with children with developmental disabilities, including 1 year of supervisory experience.Skills: Strong knowledge of therapeutic settings and supporting individuals with dual diagnoses of developmental and psychiatric disorders.
