Job Description:

The RC-135 Business Area is seeking a Finance Manager with proven ability to drive process improvements, establish clear financial cadence, lead a team, and create strong partnerships with program managers and key functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization

Essential Responsibilities:

Create strong partnerships with Program Managers and other key stakeholdersManage a team of direct reportsProvide leadership and mentorship to finance professionalsAssess and quantify business risks and opportunities associated with orders, sales, profit, and caseSupport development of Strategic and Annual Operating PlanEnsure Business financial goals are metInterface with all levels of the organizationAddress staffing needsSupport customer deliverablesPerforming analyses and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelinesEnsure alignment of Program Excellence strategy, processes, and tools across the sectorInterface cross functionally with Program Managers, Schedulers, Program Finance, and other key stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.  In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance which requires U.S. citizenshipMust have leadership experience of at least 1 yearMust have prior Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.Must have previous Program Controls experience

Demonstrated ability to partner with PMs and functional leadersExperience interfacing with and presenting to executive leadershipAbility to create executive level briefingsAbility to work in a fast pace and challenging environmentPrior proven leadership experienceExperience being a change agent
