Manager, Programmatic Operations

We’re growing our offerings, building on the recent launch of our successful streaming platform ViX.

We are looking for a Manager, Programmatic Operations!  As a key member of our programmatic operations team, you will focus on driving efficiency in operational workflow, partnering with product management, yield teams and sales to drive the programmatic business. The successful candidate will have a curiosity of programmatic operations, and a natural ability to partner with our SSP and DSP partners to create innovative programmatic solutions across Audio, CTV/OTT, display, video, and native.  This role will report to the Director of Programmatic Operations

YOUR DAY TO DAY

This role will partner and work closely with senior leadership to develop a streamlined operational setup for maximizing programmatic revenue.You will use your deep analytical and technical skills to define innovative solutions to complex programmatic business problems.You will use your strong, interpersonal communication skills to work effectively across all levels within our organization and manage the Programmatic Operations team.Drive excellence in the use of sales applications and ticketing processes centered-around organizational use of Salesforce ensuring quality in the opportunity management and deal flow processes.Develop strategic relationships with our business partners and vendors.Establish and improve workflow, processes, and establish goals for measuring and improving product output (quality, conformity, scalability, and sustainability)Analyze ad stack performance & recommend optimization techniques to improve programmatic monetization.

YOU HAVE

Solid understanding on the programmatic ecosystem SSP (supply side platform), DSP (Demand Side Platform), GAM (Google Ad Manager), ad operations.Must be comfortable in a partner facing role and account management.Deep working knowledge and understanding of GAM.Ability to identify issues and opportunities to come up with strong plans of actions.Proven ability to understand and communicate using technical language.Strong track record of analytical and technical problem solving.Ability to dive into programmatic bid data and identify source of bid activity issue.Ability to accomplish goals working across multiple teams.Knowledge of openRTB specs and VAST, VPAIDPrior experience as team lead, project lead, or supervisory capacity

Willing to work from our NY office location, may consider other TU locationsEmployment/education will be verifiedApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

COMPENSATION RANGE
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position.
Range: 90K-120K
