Responsibilities:

Accountable for project scope, schedule, and budget, delivering the project within the defined contractual requirements and KONE objectives.Accountable for project financial planning and forecasting, cash flow management and revenue management.Responsible for successful project start-up, project reviews, project reporting and facilitating project governance.Responsible for operational and financial project risk identification, mitigation, contingency planning and potential recovery actions.Responsible for actively driving sales-to-operations handover quality, accountable for handovers to customer and maintenance as well as project closing activities.Ensure that project status and progress is effectively communicated to KONE management and to customer.Ensure the business success and customer satisfaction.Ensure project employees and subcontractors to follow KONE's and Customer’s safety and relevant policies as well as statutory & regulatory requirements.Plan and ensure sufficient project resourcing and competences.Manage and lead the full chain project team.Manage project deliverables in line with project plan.

Qualifications:

Degree or above in engineering discipline or equivalentAt least 8 years solid experience related to project management and/or operations management.Strong leadership and team management experience.Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Fluent in Cantonese is an advantage.
