University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) is seeking a Project Assistant Manager to join Facilities Management - Architecture, Engineering, Construction Services.Design Construction provides facilities programming, design, and construction services to the UMB schools and administration, ranging from the smallest renovation job to the largest capital project.

PRIMARY DUTIES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience: Three (3) years of experience in construction, design, and/or a technical specialization.
Supervisory Experience: N/A
Certification/Licensure: Project Management certification (CCM or PMP) is preferred but not required.
Other: May consider a combination of directly related experience and education. Valid driver's license.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
Knowledge of position requirements. Knowledge of all applicable requirements, regulations, and laws. Skill in effective use of applicable technology/systems. Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written thoughts, ideas, and facts. Ability to work cooperatively with others and independently. HIRING RANGE: $90,000 - $100,000 per year (Commensurate with education and experience)
