Position Overview
As the Manager, Project Controls Documents & Process, you will be responsible for managing the document control and process compliance program for our construction project, supporting the implementation of management of PWA Compliance (IRA, State, Canadian), Local & Domestic Content, and DBA tracking for federal projects, and auditing processes & reports. The Manager role will be heavily focused on collaborating with key construction stakeholders to define our required structure and building this within our current company systems.
Responsibilities
Manage the document control program by auditing, reporting, training, and establishing a governance program to ensure compliance within each projectSupport revisions to existing documentation based on the needs of the companySupport the implementation and management of the PWA Compliance for the IRA, State, and Canadian programsSupport the implementation and management of the Local & Domestic Content on qualifying projectsSupport the implementation and management of the DBA tracking for federal projectsOrganize and maintain a document repository to ensure end-user utilization is as efficient as possibleCommunicate changes to relevant internal document ownersEnsure internal procedures are policies reflect current regulatory or contractual requirementsAudit processes and create reporting to ensure compliance with program guideline and processesTrain staff on document control policiesPrepare ad-hoc reports, as directed by managementMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field4+ years of experience working with process controls, document management, or auditing2+ years of government contracting experienceEligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

120,000.00 - 140,000.00 USD AnnualBonus: 25% - 40%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
