Manager, Revenue Operations - Walmart Data Ventures

Walmart Data Ventures (WDV) is focused on productizing Walmart’s rich data assets to better serve customers and provide data products that deliver actionable, customer-centric insights to help merchants and brands make better business decisions. We are searching for a driven ­­­­­Manager of Revenue Operations to join our dynamic Revenue Operations Team. 

This person should have excellent process management and communication skills, understand the need for and foster teamwork, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.  To be successful, you should be curious, dependable, responsible with your time, and able to develop an excellent rapport with your teammates and internal stakeholders. A top-notch candidate should be a self-starter, problem solver, and always looking ahead for opportunities to improve the work product, increasing the value delivered to the organization.

Responsibilities:

Provide ownership of critical business processes, ensuring that information used for important business decisions is from an accurate source and partnering with cross-functional teams when issues are identified to drive to resolutionDevelop standardized processes related to third-party provider agreements and access user managementIdentify and address improvement opportunities, demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning Review, qualify, and process applications for third-party provider certification programsAssist third-party providers during their onboarding to third-party certification programsMaintain third-party provider directory listings and user access managementManage Third-Party Agreements globally (Walmart US, Mexico, Canada)Coordinate creation of presentation materials for leadership meetings as neededPerform ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to solve business issuesSupport management in strategic, operational planning and ensure decisions align overall Walmart Luminate sales approach and goalsSupport ad-hoc projects related to business growth in new markets and initiatives

Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree requiredMinimum 2 years’ experience in business operations, project management, account management, or monetizationStrong verbal and written communications – able to communicate effectively across varied audience base such as Product, Account Management, Business Development, and Leadership.Expertise in Excel, Salesforce, and Airtable.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions executed by support teamsExperience developing or overseeing quantitative analysis and delivering actionable insightsSelf-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for excellence and delivery of resultsUnderstanding of third-party data analytics services and supplier relationshipsHigh level of accountability; proven ability to take ownership and solve problems

Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
