POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for Fire Service and Plumbing and Drainage System.
Ensure the proper operations and management of all systems/areas of responsibility assigned to him/her with focus in support of all other operating departments, provide services as required to the entire operations, and ensure all maintenance are carried out accordingly so as to maintain the freshness and efficiency of all equipment, building and grounds at their optimum conditions. Also, to ensure that life safety systems throughout the entire property are at all times, on their readiness and maintain highest standards.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keep accurate records and monitor closely all operating expenses to ensure that the budget is adhered to, and costs strictly controlled,To oversee the fire life safety system maintenance and operation of the Property.To ensure the smooth daily functioning and effective management of various systems, including Automatic Fire Alarm (AFA), fire shutters, and smoke purge systems, etc. The Fire Manager also need to coordinate annua fire inspection inspections with the Macau Fire Service Department and to all BU to ensure compliance with safety regulations during the inspection period.Provide necessary support and supervision to P&D team on the technical aspect as well as institute policies and procedures and training programs,Lead and assist in all FS and P&D project implementation for successful and timely project deliveries, ensure the overall project quality standards are met.Make frequent inspection tours, to check condition of FS and P&D equipment and monitor work progress.Maintain a comprehensive library of manuals and parts list of all operational equipment, as well as a complete set of up-to-date drawings of FS and P&D Systems,Be fully responsible for the operations and maintenance of all Life Safety system; regularly review life safety procedures with Security department. Ensure that all maintenance service of life safety systems is carried out accordingly with highest standards,Ensure departmental training programs are conducted and carried out in accordance with our master training plan to all employees for them to perform their duties with maximum efficiency.Ensure that employees attend all training and know their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies relating to Fire, Safety, Hygiene, and Health,Adhere to all company policies and procedures,Report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to superiors and relevant departments,Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by superiors from time to time,KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience:
5 - 7 years working experience from a 5-star hotel or large commercial property, industry building, shopping centre in a similar capacity,
Education:
Diploma in Electrical, Building Services, Fire, Mechanical or other rated disciplines, or equivalent professional training,Candidates without related certificates but with solid experience will also be considered.Certificate in Fire Services is highly desirable with relevant experience in Plumbing and Drainage System is highly desirable.Skills/Competencies:
Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese/Mandarin and ability to read and communicate in English,The ideal candidate should possess experience in fire safety management and systems. Given the responsibilities involved, we are looking for someone at the managerial level, capable of leading a team and implementing best practices in fire safety protocols.The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience inm Plumbing and Drainage and familiar with the day to day activities related to water filtration system, sump pit/sump pumps, swimming pools and water features,Working knowledge in computer skills and use of all MS Office applications, including Outlook and PowerPoint presentation,Good working knowledge of Fire Alarm and Fire Protection Systems,Preferably with AutoCAD drafting skills and other applications, such as, Jobs Order System, Engineering Maintenance Program and Purchasing System,Holding of valid Macau Construction Industry Safety Card is an advantage,Good leadership and able to make sound decision and perform other duties as and when required very last minute and at time of emergency,Excellent interpersonal/presentation skills are required to deal effectively with all levels of staffs, contractors, suppliers, and vendors,Hands-on and possess good problem-solving skills and deal with details,Independent and able to work with minimal supervision,Frequently/Occasional ascending or descending ladders and/or ramps and ability to work in high rise site,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight weekends and holiday on rotation basis,Ability to work on overtime when needed,Good health, physically fit and excellence in personal grooming and presentation,
