As a diversified, national organization, you’ll have access to competitive benefits including a fresh perspective on workplace flexibility. **Candidates must possess provider relations, network operations, and/or contract experience.** **_*This is a remote role where candidates can reside anywhere in the United States.**_** **Position Purpose:** Manages the day to day work function of the provider services area, provide support to staff and investigate and resolve complex provider issues. + Manage the workflow of the provider services area and communicate standards. + Hire, motivate and coach the provider services staff. + Develop, implement and maintain production and quality standards for the provider services staff. + Resolve to staff inquiries and resolve complex issues. + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure provider satisfaction + Review, investigate and resolve inquiries regarding provider services’ issues for internal and external customers. + Manager all provider claims projects and coordinate with corporate staff. **Education/Experience:** High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Bilingual ability preferred. 3+ years experience in a Medicare, Medicaid managed care or insurance environment.
