Join our Marketing team as a Public Relations (PR) and Social Media Manager where you will be a key player in shaping and executing our PR and Social Media strategies. you will drive our brand forward, leveraging reputable and brand-aligned voices to enhance our visibility and reputation. By collaborating across multiple departments, you will elevate the Four Hands brand through alignment on key business objectives. In This Role\nCraft compelling band narratives and social strategies that drive awareness across our PR and social media channels, ensuring alignment with key company initiativ4es\nOwn all PR initiatives, including management of PR agency relationships to foster strong relationships with industry editors and influencer and delivering Four Hands value propositions to various audiences\nOversee all social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn) and develop strategies to enhance engagement, reach, and brand loyalty\nDesign and implement social media expansion strategies that build upon the organization's success and innovation\nDevelop comprehensive B2B and B2B2C strategies across earned and paid channels to further enhance the relationships and drive engagement and growth among customers and followers\nEstablish KPIs, manage budgets, and optimize paid social media performance by collaborating with media agencies and analytics teams\nConduct regular performance reviews of programs by reviewing dashboards and offer recommendations for opportunities to optimize overall program performance \nWork closely with internal marketing teams and agency collaborators to identify revenue-generating opportunities and drive new account growth \nDevelop creative briefs alongside our Brand and Product Marketing teams, working with creative services to produce compelling social media assets tailored to each platform\nStay on top of industry trends and competitive landscapes to continuously bring innovative ideas and insights to the organization\nLead and mentor direct reports providing guidance to further develop their skills\nUphold our core values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team \nOther duties as assigned by management \n
The Ideal Person\nMinimum 8 years experience working within a marketing organization, with a focus on social media strategy, execution and public relations\nMinimum 2 years experience in a leadership role \nBachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience in a relevant field \nProficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office suite \nProficiency in social media applications including Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn\nProficiency in social media publishing, tracking and monitoring software, i.e. Brandwatch, Sprout, Hootsuite\nUnderstanding of social media and PR principles \nUnderstanding of marketing analytics and ability to track program performance \nCommunication and collaboration skills within the marketing and creative services organization and with cross-departmental teams \nOrganizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility and dependability \nExcellent at managing schedules and meeting deadlines independently \nQuick to respond and adept at managing email and Teams messages \nCapable of identifying issues and developing effective solutions \n
