Position Purpose
Manager, Systems and Analytics Manager will have overall responsibility for all metrics support and system engagement/improvement needs in support of the Quality Management Program and strategy for CHEP North America.
Major/Key Accountabilities
Actively supports the development, implementation, and management of the Quality System and strategy for all CHEP North AmericaLeads and supports both internal and external customer needs related to furthering the Quality strategy and resolving customer issues as requiredOversees the maintenance and development of all necessary Quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Leads and communicates with cross-functional teams and management to develop and support the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the Quality System (ISO, Audit Programs, GCHS, Ops Portal, etc)Works to continuously improves the quality metrics visibility to drive expected results.Develops and delivers necessary training to cross functional teams and customers.Liaises with external parties and auditors on matters relating to the quality management system for corrective action and compliance as it applies.Utilizes Six Sigma and Lean Methodologies to evaluate, revise and drive improvement and overall efficiencies.Will act as representative having responsibility and authority that includes:
a) ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented, and maintained,b) reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system and areas of improvement,c) ensuring the promotion and awareness of customer needs throughout the organization.Qualifications
BS degree in technical discipline preferred (quality, engineering, mathematics) or appropriate previous job experience.Knowledge of ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma processesKnowledge of ISO 14000 (preferred)Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred)Certified Quality Auditor (preferred)Experience
3+ years working experience in Quality/Supply chain/Manufacturing2+ years of project management experience in supply chain/manufacturing environmentStatistical analysis and relevant tool knowledgeCertified Quality Auditor (preferred)Experience in indirectly managing diverse teams and influencing change in matrix / cross-functional environment.Skills and Knowledge
Experience in FMCG Supply Chain environment.Knowledge of CHEP business, supply chain, market and customers.Strong negotiating, collaboration, solution and relationship building capabilities in an internal and customer facing role.Strategic thinking, ability to develop and drive a concept through to completion.Experience in work instruction and SOPs developmentHeavy emphasis on data analytics/visuals and locating indicator causes Exceptional collaboration skills.Able to effectively handle high degree of multiple tasks simultaneously.Demonstrated experience working with all levels of management and employees.Excellent teamwork skills and proven ability to work under tight deadlines.Languages
