The Manager, Quality is responsible for developing, and implementing quality monitoring activities to assess compliance with organizational brand standards, regulatory requirements and patient care standards of care and practice. The incumbent in this role will assist Clinical Operations in the design and implementation of new clinical operations initiatives, policies and procedures and ensure clinical processes are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and guidance.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducts site visits to all markets to assess compliance with organizational brand standards, regulatory requirements and patient care standards of care and practice;Assists in identifying non-conformances with standards, provides risk mitigation strategies and feedback and recommendations to facilitate ongoing process improvement.Participates in the development and revision of policies and procedures and training programs based on quality findings.Supports the design and implementation of new clinical initiatives that can be scaled across the organization;Assists in the writing and review of Clinical Quality-related standard operating procedures (SOPs);Supports the training of Care Team members.Participates in cross-functional meetings and performance improvement teams.Other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.Performs other duties as assigned and modified at manager’s discretion.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Advanced level business acuityThorough, in-depth knowledges of clinical procedures, rules and regulation, and best practices in healthcare as well as superior patient care skills.Exceptional ability to communicate and work with Regional and Center Leaders, Physicians, patients and other team members in a professional manner.Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of clinical professionals.Expert in time management, problem solving, attention to detail and managing multiple priorities.Proficient skill in Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook; competent in other systems required for the position {Options: Proficient, Advanced or ExpertiseAbility and willingness to travel locally, regionally, and/or nationally up to 80% of the timeSpoken and written fluency in English;This position requires use of independent judgment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing required. Associates degree required;Bachelor’s degree preferred;Licensed to practice as an RN in state of employment;A minimum of three (3) years of RN work experience required. Five to Seven (5-7) years preferred.
