QA Manager

Position Description:

The QA Manager is responsible for the oversight of the quality assurance department and staff in the US and in India.   The QA Manager will maintain and evolve a system of quality testing for the Product Solutions (PS) team.  You will establish, measure, monitor and maintain the quality system within AccessGenius (AG) team.  The QA Manager collaborates with leadership across key processes to ensure product testing is effective and efficient in achieving quality standards in the delivery of our products and services.  You will identify adequate resources, suitable in quantity and quality, to support quality processes and process improvement.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to Lead Quality department through project prioritization and execution, collaborating with leadership and colleagues to define and align priorities to strategic imperatives. Lead strategies and processes to promote a Quality mindset across teams, encouraging the use of comprehensive and consistent testing on all deliverables. Develop, implement and maintain a system to inspect and test client deliverables in a comprehensive and traceable manner. Implement and maintain a non-conformance process to document identified bugs and software issues, detailing issues, and potential problems. Analyze, investigate and advocate for remediation steps around continuously occurring product discrepancies, complaints or reported quality issues. Foster continuous assessment of Quality processes and employ governance techniques to improve delivery excellence. Coach, develop and grow a team of quality analysts and staff. Manage line staff onshore and in India in the coverage of quality tasks within project work and adherence to quality standards put forth. Facilitate training and consultation of partner team members specific to quality standards, processes and best practices. Coordinate evaluations for the effectiveness of quality systems implemented and assist with communication around the outcome of those reviews. Create QMS metrics for Key Processes to be measured, monitored, and reviewed. Own Corrective Action Plans for quality improvements and/or QMS corrections. Qualifications Work experience of 5+ years in Quality supporting organizational QA protocols and standards. Direct experience with testing best practices, version control practices and defect management practices across product software and services Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in establishing QA product software management standards and measurements Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Minimum Required:

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study 5+ years of Quality Control or testing experience Experienced leader of Quality Assurance Programs or Personnel

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.Reasonable estimate of the current range$96,000—$134,000 USD
