Manager, Quality Systems
Position Summary:

Under the direction of Sr. Manager, the Manager, Quality Systems is responsible for day to day operations of a team with primary responsibility for execution and continual improvement of the Inmar Quality Management System (IQMS) at the Grand Prairie, TX Rx Facility.

Additionally, the incumbent will assist as needed (20% travel) with the deployment, training and execution of IQMS within the Inmar footprint (currently US, Canada, Mexico).

Primary Accountabilities:

Develop and deploy the cGxP based Inmar Quality Management SystemResponsible for management of Quality Documents and related documentationDevelop and deliver quality training to Inmar AssociatesResponsible for the implementation of QC Metrics to support SOC and Client requirementsWork cooperatively with facility management to continually improve the quality processCollaborate with Inmar customers to ensure quality compliance with Service Level and Quality AgreementsTrain, coach, mentor and develop direct reports to effectively perform their responsibilitiesDevelop team goals and execute monthly coaching sessions

 Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Business, Logistics, Engineering or a related field5+ years of experience in a quality management in a logistics, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or similar environment, or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the positionISO 9001 experience or FDA CFR familiaritycGMP experienceLean Six Sigma certification a plus
