Manager, Real Estate Transactions
Kelsey-Seybold Clinic
**Responsibilities**
Assist Kelsey-Seybold with property transactions, including leasing and property acquisitions. Source potential spaces or sites in accordance with Kelsey’s facilities strategy and determine market comparables. In addition, maintain Kelsey’s database for leases (e.g., rents, termination dates, escalations), and confirm landlord compliance with key terms.

**Salary Range: $110,090 - $135,995 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)**
**Qualifications**
**Education**
Required: Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, urban planning, business administration, or a related field.
Preferred: College degree preferred
**Experience**
Required: 7+ years in commercial real estate brokerage, in the Houston area.
Extensive network of existing broker and developer relationships.
5 years of supervisory experience.
Preferred: Experience in other Texas MSAs.
**License(s)**
Required: Texas Commercial Real Estate Broker license.
Preferred: N/A

Required: Ability to communicate clearly; modest Excel skills
Preferred: N/A
