Manager, Regional Sales (Midwest)
Responsible for driving sales results, managing and motivating the Territory Sales Managers (TSMs) in relevant region to ensure achievement of quarterly/annual sales objectives and goals. Job duties:Overall sales management for the applicable region. Develop and direct regional business plans that are consistent with annual goals and company strategies and ensure customer expectations. Provide market feedback, competitive activities, product issues, and strategies to management. Interview, hire, train, motivate, and develop TSMs within the region. Execute product launch strategies and account targeting in the region.Establish territory revenue goals; provide individual account planning to TSMs.Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization. Perform additional duties as assigned.
