**Overview**
Resource Management sits at the heart of the agency and is where several key functions intersect. We provide a unique perspective on talent as it relates to skill sets, business needs, operational, and financial demands. We work across all disciplines to understand the specific talent needs of the departments and help facilitate and anticipate the right resources based on availability and skillset. We inform decisions regarding casting, mobility, and hiring. The Manager is tasked with supporting the RM department in various aspects of projects, small program initiatives and data compliance.

**ABOUT THE TALENT TEAM**

**Responsibilities**
Business & Resource Management Operations
+ Act as Business Partner for assigned capabilities to manage talent capacity, needs, and overall staffing strategy.
+ Analyze utilization and forecast data trends, to anticipate appropriate staff optimization and demand.
Talent Management
+ Proactively identify ways to keep talent engaged via new client opportunities, projects, etc.
+ Understand the needs of clients and skill sets of our people, to ensure talent is aligned to the right task and opportunity.
Network Support
+ Act as network partner to sister agency RM stakeholders, utilizing the network to both augment capacity and fill needs.
**Qualifications**
+ 3-5+ years of experience of resource management, staffing, or workforce planning experience. Experience in Creative resource management, preferred.
+ Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to react to and resolve shifts in resourcing.
+ Highly organized, with a keen sense of detail.
+ Demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to understand Agency work & core capabilities, learning what nuanced skillsets are needed to deliver the highest quality of work to our clients
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable in the gray.
+ A collaborative mindset with the ability to proactively solve problems and step into action as needed.

Compensation Range: $81,690 - $106,260 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
