We are looking for an experienced Restructuring Senior Associate / Manager to help deliver clarity to our clients’ most complex governance, risk, and transparency challenges. As a member of our team, you’ll work with banks, special situations funds, private equity houses and corporates. You’ll assist them in insolvency and distressed situations, and our Corporate Finance practice in transactions with M&A services and providing financial due diligence reports. This role will be part of our Restructuring team in the Middle East.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
Assist companies in financial distress including pre-crisis situations, out-of-court workouts, and restructuring process Prepare or analyze cash flow forecasts, business plans and financial models Assist with developing strategy including plan of reorganizations, contingency planning or alternative solutions Assist with valuation analysis and financial modelling for various options, including liquidation, restructuring and sale Significant client interaction at multiple levels. Preparation of and participation in management presentation and new business presentations Industry and business researchEssential traits:
You have 5-8 years of experience in financial turnaround programmes, cash and working capital management, building, reviewing and/or maintaining short-term cash flow models
You have a degree in Business Administration or similar. We’ll take into consideration MBA and/or chartered accountant certifications.
Demonstrable experience in some of the following situations is essential: Balance sheet restructurings, Options analysis, Contingency planning, Trading administration, IBRs, Distressed sale and/or Company Voluntary Arrangement Highly motivated with the ability to work a demanding schedule in an entrepreneurial environment You have strong communication skills including in both English and Arabic.About Kroll:
