The Retail Media Monetization Manager is responsible for the strategies and tactics that drive Tractor Supply’s Retail Media offering and provide new revenue sources through media while ensuring that campaigns add value to the customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%) Grow Retail Media sales at Tractor Supply Company to at least $25M over the next two years Expand digital on-site, digital off-site, and Retail Media capabilities through partner platforms or built internally Develop the strategy and process for engaging brand partners regarding Retail Media Monetization in partnership with TSC Merchants and Digital Marketing to leverage media as an incremental revenue source Select and manage vendor partners that provide strategic consulting, platforms, or monetization operations including sales teams Forecast and manage to monetization sales targets; oversee delivery of end of campaign reporting and business impact across product categories Manage onboarding and operations with partners who utilize retail media at Tractor Supply Co. Analyze and report on progress and lessons learned to cross-functional and leadership teams Develop and guide continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of the retail media monetization program Stay informed regarding other retailers’ monetization strategies and tactics with emphasis on those who sell the brands as Tractor Supply Co.Required Qualifications
Experience: 6 plus years of eCommerce or digital marketing experience required. Cross-functional leadership and retail media experience required. Brand or category management experience a plus
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Marketing, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Any suitable combination of experience and education will be considered.
