**Description**
Manager, Retail Planning, North America
The NA Retail Planning Manager will support store planning for designated brands, focusing on inventory deployment for Corporate Sales Free Standing Stores in North America. This role involves collaborating with teams to allocate products, plan assortments, manage obsolescence, and analyze inventory.
CCS Allocation, Replenishment & Order Execution (20%)
+ Develop and execute allocation strategies and order execution to meet sales targets for products
+ Monitor store inventory in relation to sales trends, especially during key periods like holidays
+ Support optimal planning for target Weeks of Supply (WOS) and replenish key hero products aligned with penetration goals
+ Maintain routine replenishment and assortment plans for employee stores
+ Lead allocation strategies for Beautihaul sampling programs and new store launch orders
+ Analyze sales and inventory data to reduce excess slow-moving SKUs and identify additional inventory needs
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in JustEnough system and manage end-to-end issue resolution and system enhancements
FSS Inventory Management & Replenishment (20%)
+ Review service levels weekly and recommend solutions for any gaps
+ Manage replenishment parameters for Aveda and optimize stock for replenishment
+ Review Estee Central for store callouts and initiate stock transfers as necessary
+ Support the execution of allocation strategies and monitor sales trends, focusing on key periods
+ Ensure timely replenishment of key products and maintain routine replenishment for employee stores
+ Collaborate with marketing to align promotional plans with order execution
Reporting & Analytics (20%)
+ Analyze sales and inventory data for CCS & FSS, identifying opportunities for improvement in forecasting and inventory management
+ Manage the end-of-lifecycle process for store and DC inventory, making recommendations for assortment edits and timing adjustments
+ Coordinate SRP/SKU edits and communicate RTV requirements for seasonal transitions
+ Ensure JustEnough system has accurate SKU/Door setups and manage reporting for sales penetration and excess inventory
Forecasting & Reconciliation (20%)
+ Oversee forecasting and reconciliation for FSS teams, ensuring alignment with brand trends
+ Create and present monthly IBP slides for NA IBP meetings for the FSS channel
+ Collaborate with Marketing and Demand Planning to align sales forecasts with promotions
+ Conduct quarterly category and WFA reviews to ensure accurate forecasts
+ Manage forecasting for new launch items and drive seasonal planning meetings with brand teams
+ Address forecast exceptions by category, franchise, SKU, and country, and ensure correct sales drivers
+ Lead meetings with brand teams and present FSS inventory updates at corporate meetings
Continuous Process & System Improvements (15%)
+ Drive internal process improvements to enhance business operations
+ Ensure proper data capture and system history cleansing for accurate reporting
+ Collaborate on process improvements related to EC inventory and sales forecasting
+ Perform system testing for JustEnough and Qlikview enhancements as needed
Operations (5%)
+ Collaborate with DCs on workflow planning and timely execution of orders
+ Coordinate the transfer of collections between FSS and CCS
+ Support annual physical inventory and monthly cycle counts
+ Identify and implement long-term solutions for master data issues in partnership with IT
**Qualifications**
Qualifications
+ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
+ Ability to analyze, review and tell the story using a large amount of data in Excel or MS Access
+ Ability to succinctly summarize analysis results and recommend solutions for optimizing systems and processes
+ Strong understanding of allocation and replenishment systems and parameters (safety stock, lead time, review cycle, etc.)
+ Knowledge of inventory models, retail math, forecasting KPIs
+ Prior experience using forecasting and replenishment systems such as JDA, JustEnough, SAP, I2
**Pay Range:**
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$85,000.00** **to** **$139,600.00** **.** Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
