POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Revenue Audit oversees and manages the daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual operations of all Audit and compliance functions. He / She conducts cashier’s training and updating of training materials. He / She ensures all reports are prepared and distributed by the due date and time and the monthly close process is completed in an accurate and timely manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Reviews and approves journal entries related to revenues, expenses, and balance sheet accounts.
2. Reviews the daily and monthly reports before distribution to regulators and internal management.
3. Reviews the monthly balance sheet reconciliation of system reports to general ledger account balances completed by the Auditors and Supervisors.
4. Coordinates with other department/finance team members to ensure appropriate accounting treatment of transactions and any other operational issues.
5. Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation reports as mandated by government regulators and senior management.
6. Prepares the Credit Report, Standard Selling Price analysis, and all other reports assigned by the Director.
7. Supervises the auditing of all activity in accordance with audits standard operating procedures.
8. Provides guidance to the Auditors and conduct cashier’s training and update of training materials
9. Supervises retrieval of documents requested by Internal and External Auditors.
10. Liaises with PAGCOR regarding issues and dispute related to the determination of Gross Gaming Revenue.
11. Completes all deliverables related to the Hyatt and Nobu Franchise agreement.
12. Develops processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
13. Identification and resolution of accounting exceptions including escalation as needed.
14. Completion of monthly accounting close with minimal unresolved reconciling items.
15. Effective communication with supervisors, peers, and subordinates.
16. Adheres and supports the Company’s Vision and Values.
17. All other duties as assigned by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Experience
1. Minimum of 5 years of Audit or Accounting experience
2. Work experience in a casino preferred
II. Education
1. Graduate of Business-related course preferably in Accounting
2. Accounting certification is an advantage
III. Skills / Competencies
1. Good written and oral communication skills in English
2. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Products with emphasis in Excel
