Manager, Revenue Cycle Operations

What you’ll do:
As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will be responsible for managing revenue cycle analysts and revenue cycle functions to include management of analyst worklists and prioritizing daily work. Management functions include AR aging analysis to identify, work, correct and resolve delinquent AR and pos.
Responsibilities:
Retrieves, prepares, and distributes daily and weekly priority account lists for analysts. Performs account reviews and leads team to perform account reviews from worklists. Critically evaluates unresolved, erroneous accounts for correction. Works with reCaptures and assesses persistent trends from account reviews, provides analysis related to the trends to revenue cycle vendor and HSC leadership, highlighting areas of opportunity, performance issues, and process improvements required to permanently resolConducts regular performance review calls with revenue cycle vendor and drives vendor to develop and execute on plans to correct deficiencies. Reports to HSC leadership at least weekly on open, outstanding issues and barriers to resolution with revenue cyFrom analysis and in collaboration with revenue cycle leaders, develops process improvement strategies. Participates and/or facilitates in development, implementation, and execution as required.Responsible for verification of the accuracy of the data being reported and ensures report analysis is validated prior to distribution to all key stakeholdersWhat you’ll need:
Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience in hospital-based revenue cycle operations required.
