What you can expect from this position:
In this exciting opportunity, you'll identify and develop new revenue streams, analyze existing commercial operations, and lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and optimize performance. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct analysis, due diligence, and strategic planning, helping Toronto Pearson chart new commercial territory and drive revenue and commercial performance. As Manager, Revenue Diversification, you will:
Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and diversification Conduct market research, assess emerging trends and identify target opportunities Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and diversification Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to foster collaboration and identify potential partnerships Perform varying analysis and due diligence to assess the viability of new business initiatives, lead the development business cases and varying opportunity assessments Support the structuring and negotiation of complex deals, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures Think critically about the long-term implications of potential partnerships and set clear expectations for collaboration and innovation Develop a robust pipeline and collaboratively establish diversification and business development strategy Team Player and critical member of a -performing team of business development professionalsThe salary for this management non-unionized position is competitive based on the successful candidate’s qualifications.
This is the role for you, if you have:
Post-secondary degree with a concentration in Business/Commerce, Economics, Finance or Marketing and/or 5 of years of combined equivalent work experience and education Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic growth/sales, business development, marketing or similar field Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in People Management (direct report or cross-functional) Demonstrated experience working in a customer centric environment Obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the positionKnowledge and skills you bring, that set you up for success:
