Join our commercial strategy team as a Manager, Revenue Growth Management (RGM). This is a Hybrid role. The person must be commutable within 61-200 miles of our Battle Creek, Michigan Head Quarter office and will be expected to be in office one consecutive Tuesday/Wednesday each month. Affiliated commuting expenses will be reimbursed. This job requires travel (up to 25%).
The Revenue Growth Management Manager is responsible for delivering profitable revenue growth, through a sustainable balance of volume and price/mix, utilizing portfolio strategies such as pricing, price-pack architecture and promotion optimization to drive value for WK Kellogg’s, our customers and our consumers. This position will play a key role in driving change in the organization by leading a pro-active approach to embed RGM levers and processes throughout the Sales organization.
This role is specifically responsible for pricing within the WK Kellogg Co organization. Focused on developing strategic initiatives for Every Day Low Pricing (EDLP) investment and base pricing across the retailer ecosystem. Responsible for pricing innovation, club items, food service and other strategic launches.

Taste of what you’ll be doing:
+ E valuate growth opportunities for the WK Kellogg Co business and apply the WKKC RGM approach to develop insight-based recommendations in support of the strategic growth plan.
+ Partner with cross-functional partners to develop and implement multi-year, multi-lever playbooks that focus on consumers, customers and occasions.
+ Partner with Commercial Strategy on identifying best ways to bring RGM projects to execution.
+ Develop and recommend portfolio strategies across key RGM levers with a focus on Pricing, driving aligned Price-Pack Architecture across multiple brands and Promotion to accelerate profitable and incremental growth.
+ Create & enhance performance monitoring tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
+ Partner with Channels organization to increase coverage, improve footprint, reach new consumer occasions, and elevate the consumer experience.
+ Participate in customer reviews and planning workshops to drive enhanced productivity in various promotional programs.
+ Drive internal & external organizational capabilities, processes and tools in order to accelerate insights into actions.
+ Voice of P&L delivery in strategic/innovation discussions and key business partner across all functions with shared objectives to drive financial metrics.
+ Liaison to Marketing team to embed RGM principles within the innovation process.
Required and or preferred Education and experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree in business related field required.
+ 3-5 years CPG experience preferred.
+ Prior experience in RGM/Supplier Relationship Management(SRM), Price Pack Architecture (PPA), or Sales Management.
+ Assimilating and interpreting data from multiple disparate data sources into concise, action-oriented recommendations.
+ Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
+ Strong understanding of Nielsen/Cortana/NPD data for insights and analysis.
+ Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, presentation, coaching, and time management skills.

Compensation Insights:
Salary Range: $106,400.00 -$139,650.00
Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
