About the Role
The Revenue Management team focuses on two critical areas:
•\tRevenue Assurance: Identifying and resolving potential revenue leakage by conducting deep analysis to align expectations with realized revenue.
•\tRevenue Optimization: Partnering with Services Business Development teams to uncover and drive short-term revenue growth opportunities.
As a Manager, Revenue Management within the Services Finance team, you’ll take the lead in driving these initiatives by leveraging analytical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and project management excellence.

Key Responsibilities
•\tData-Driven Insights: Analyze datasets to uncover trends in revenue and profitability across products and regions. Identify actionable opportunities to drive incremental revenue growth.
•\tPipeline Development: Build and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of opportunities, prioritize initiatives based on impact potential and organizational priorities.
•\tRevenue Assurance: Collaborate with Finance and Product teams to identify revenue leakage, performing in-depth investigations into systems, data flows, and processes to determine root causes and implement solutions.
•\tEnd-to-End Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects independently, engaging with teams across Sales, Finance, Product, Technology, and Billing to deliver impactful outcomes.
•\tExecutive Storytelling: Create clear, concise, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

What You Bring
We’re looking for a dynamic professional with a unique blend of analytical, organizational, and collaborative capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess:
•\tIntellectual Curiosity: A deep eagerness to learn about Mastercard’s Services business, technical systems, economic drivers, and billing processes.
•\tAnalytical Expertise: Advanced quantitative analysis skills to develop accurate financial models, identify key insights, and drive informed decision-making.
•\tProject Management Excellence: Proven ability to decompose complex projects into actionable steps, prioritize effectively, and execute on time in a fast-paced environment.
•\tStakeholder Collaboration: Experience building trust and fostering productive relationships across diverse teams and functions.
•\tTechnical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and a strong understanding of financial modeling. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
•\tExperience: Five or more years of relevant experience in finance, data analytics, or a related field.
